It's called 'Relationship Marketing' and in today's crazy world, where it seems all you ever see is the DISCOUNT, I think we all have pretty much become numb it it all. I mean walk down any local mall today, during anytime of year and all you see is "SALE~SALE~SALE"

The reality of a small business should be to keep in contact on a more personal level and let your clients know that you truly do appreciate them. And up until a few years ago most business like automotive, Realtor, Dentist or Chiropractor offices used very "Canned" company's that sold them a system to send out postcards or whatever but the problem with them was they where no more than simply another advertisement! People want to know that you CARE about them, that they are IMPORTANT and that if they spend their money with you, it's because you make them feel special...
I found a little greeting company by pure accident in November of 2004 at a business expo fair in Phoenix Arizona. I immediately new this would be a wonderful system for anyone in sales, but I put it off because I was pretty much inbetween jobs at that time...Well, along came my 50th Birthday in January 2004 just a few short months later, and at that time I was going through a very depressing emotional love break up. I had spent that birtday afternoon with a new aquaintance and upon going back home I immediately went out to my mail obx, only to fid that now one had remembered my special day! NO ONE, except a fello named Jeff Packard who I'd meet a few months before at the business expo event in Phoenix.. WOW, a total stranger sent me the only card for my 50th Birthday! WOW...
Now I know you've had a less them memorable birthday, we all have, but there are just some birthdys that sort of stand out in your life as the milestones, and I think I'm correct and you'd agree that the BIG 50 is one such day.
Jeff sent me that lone beautiful, delightful, and so bitter sweet birthday card and from that day forward I vowed to NEVER forget anyone that I carried about's birthday... You know how it is, you wake up and remember it's your brother or sister inlaws birthday and oops, you forgot it, or it's in a day or two and you know that if you go get a card it will be late in the mail anyway. And then there is the whole issue of finding a card, saying just the write thing, hoping you pen doesn't dry out in the middle of your message, hunting for a stamp, and then getting it to the post office! And then there is the price! Usually $3-4.00 bucks a piece! Good Grief! Why doesn't someone develope a better way!....
