* ANALYZE the past 4 months of a merchants sales
* FORECAST the amount of sales that will occur in the next 4-6 months
* ADVANCE a portion of those sales to the merchant
* COLLECT a percentage of MasterCard/Visa sale and debit charges
(if applicable) over the next several months
* WE do it through a preferred processor such as First Data who then
deposits the percentage of MasterCard/Visa sale into our bank account
while depositing the rest into the merchants bank account
